Need not worry, your tracking number should be activated within 4 days. If you still can't track your order after this time, please contact one of our customer service team members here, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
If you're not home, you may receive a failed delivery attempt. No need to worry, your item is probably waiting to be picked up at your local post office. We would encourage you to get in contact with them using your tracking number as a reference before they send it back to our warehouse.
Please note that on rare occasions your order may come in separate packages. This can sometimes be due to weight and shipping restrictions but rest assured the rest of your order will be with you soon. If unsure you can inquire about it here.
We are very sorry that this has happened to you :( . Please keep the shipping label and get in contact with us here.. A customer service team member will ask you to send us some additional details so that was can arrange to send you a replacement asap.
If this happens to you, please get in contact with your local post office and neighbours in case they have any orders under your name. If in the rare case your package gets sent back to our warehouse we will send you another free of charge.
We are constantly working on new ideas and solutions to improve our current product but this is not to say we don't have some exciting ideas ahead.
